Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, though during peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Yes. Every watch is shipped with its original brand packaging, along with any manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included by the manufacturer.

Luxury Watch Returns & 2-Year Warranty

Luxury watches are subject to a separate return policy from the rest of our store. Every luxury watch also includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you added confidence with your purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please contact BikiniYes before returning your watch. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

The watch must be returned in new, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition.

All original manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, warranty cards, protective coverings, and accessories must be included.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, missing components, removed protective coverings, altered sizing, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.

If your watch develops a manufacturing defect within the 2-year warranty period, simply contact BikiniYes with a clear photo or short video of the issue. Once the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, we will coordinate directly with the fulfillment warehouse to arrange a replacement.

Please do not send your watch directly to the manufacturer or supplier. All luxury watch returns and warranty claims must be coordinated through BikiniYes.

The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or cosmetic damage caused after delivery. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, conditions, and regional availability.
