How long is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with delivery times varying by destination. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Typically you should have your order within 10-13 days total from point of purchase, which includes Saturdays and Sundays Delivery. Also depending where you are can speed up these times.

What is the refund and return policy?

At this time, we currently accept returns within the United States only. However, we truly value all of our customers Worldwide and want every experience with us to meet our high standards.
Each item is carefully inspected and verified for quality and authenticity before shipment. In the rare event that you experience an issue related to an error on our part, please don’t hesitate to contact us with a photo of the concern and your order number. Our team will gladly review the situation and assist with the best possible resolution.
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. This return policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States.

- Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@bikiniyes.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
