At BikiniYes, Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is approved, customers are provided additional time to prepare and ship items back. Processing begins once returned items are received and inspected.

All other international customers, and customers who do not purchase Checkout+, are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
BikiniYes covers outbound shipping for exchanged items and offers free standard shipping on all orders..
If a customer later returns an exchanged item, store credit will be issued.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and work with our fulfillment partners to provide an appropriate resolution.
The 7-day notification period applies only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and does not affect any applicable consumer rights, including the EU right of withdrawal described here.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
