- Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Do not dry-clean.
- Hang dry for the gentlest finish, or tumble dry on low.
- If needed, use a cool iron on the reverse. Keep the iron off the printed design.
- Garment-dyed colours may vary slightly and develop a more faded appearance with washing. Avoid rubbing against light-coloured materials, as colour may transfer.

Body chest: use marker A and measure around the fullest part of your chest. The waist and hip markers are general references; this chart uses chest only.
